Terms and Conditions: Hair Salon Services

Welcome to Definition Hair and Beauty! We are delighted to provide you with our exceptional hair care services.
Please take a moment to review our terms and conditions regarding booking appointments,
cancellation policies, and fees.

Booking Appointments:

1.To schedule an appointment, clients are encouraged to book online or contact our salon via phone, email,
or through our website, Facebook, or Instagram.

2.New clients seeking color services are required to pay a 50% booking fee at the time of booking to secure
their appointment slot. This booking fee will be applied towards the total cost of the scheduled colour service.

3.Appointments are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of a
booking confirmation from our salon.

4.We reserve the right to adjust appointment times based on stylist availability or
unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

5.Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure the full duration of your service.
If you do not arrive on time you service will be shortened or cancelled completely and marked as a no show
which may activate the no show policy.

Cancellation Policy:

1.We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel your appointment.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation.

2.Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a
cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost.

3.Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a
cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total service cost.

4.Failure to provide any notice of cancellation and "no-shows" will be subject to a cancellation fee
equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service.

5.Cancellation fees must be settled before booking any future appointments.

No-Show Policy:

1.A "no-show" occurs when a client misses a scheduled appointment without prior notification.

2.Clients who fail to show up for their appointments without prior notice may be subject to a no-show fee
equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service.

3.In the case of repeated no-shows, we reserve the right to refuse future appointments or
require prepayment for services.

General Terms:

1.Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice. Clients will be informed of any price
adjustments before their appointment.

2.All payments must be settled in full at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged with salon management.

3.We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

4.We reserve the right to charge all clients a booking fee if deemed appropriate for longer services.

5.By booking an appointment with Definition Hair and Beauty, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

6.The integrity of your hair is our top priority which may not always result in your desired result.
please do not be offended if we refuse a service based on this.
